Cancellation & Refund Policy

SADHANA TRAVEL SERVICES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore
a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
 

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made in writing and refund will be applicable as per rules below.

• Tour refund rules:

100% Refundable : If cancelled more than 60 days prior to the opted tour start date

50% Refundable : If cancelled more than 30 days prior to the opted tour start date

Non-refundable : If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the opted tour start date

• In case of any Refunds approved by the SADHANA TRAVEL SERVICES, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer
